To be recommended for participation as a member you will need
the following:

You will
have to contact a member of this website (usually done by "word of mouth") and
have them email your full name, full address, phone number and your email
address (one that is working) to a special email address set aside just for this purpose.

have to agree fully to the Rules and Regulations of this website.

have to abide fully by the Rules and Regulations of this website.
To become an actual
member:

The
administration of this website will review the request, the requestor - their
history and make determination there upon. If such is granted you will be
contacted via email and requested to submit a fee (yearly) of $10.00 to help
maintain server, hosting and site upkeep.

Upon
granting membership the site administrator will set up your account and then
notify you of any and all information that you require to go ahead from there.
